Agreement and Commitment
- I understand that I will be billed twice a year for my Wine Club Shipment.
- I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time after my second shipment
- Cancellations must be received in writing (email) before the bill/charge date.
- I understand that as a Wine Club Member I can pick-up each of my wine shipments at The Vibrant Vine free of charge.
- I understand that I will be charged and sent a mixed case of wine if I do not send my selection in by the charge date.
- I understand I cannot skip a case date, but I can arrange to have a different ship date
